Job Description

Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to join their growing team!Your qualifications for the Payroll & HR Specialist position are as follows:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related discipline
4-5 years of recent, relevant payroll processing and HR experience
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong analytical and multitasking skills
Computer proficiency including MS Office, spreadsheets, and computerized payroll processing

Benefits you will receive as the Payroll & HR Specialist:

$70K-$80K/year, depending on experience
Full-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
Direct-hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package

For the Payroll & HR Specialist position your duties will include:

Process weekly payroll
Assist with various HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policies and procedures
Address employee inquiries
Prepare reports
Maintain files
Ensure regulatory compliance
Other tasks as assigned
