Opportunity To Join A Stable, Global Firm
My client is a global real estate development and investment company located in Midtown. The firm is onsite four days a week, remote one.
Job Description
Process bi-weekly payroll via Paychex, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees.
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and inquiries.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations.
Collaborate with Human Resources to address employee questions and concerns related to payroll and benefits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for payroll and benefits processes.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to payroll and benefits for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll and benefits administration.
Stay updated on changes in payroll and benefits laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll & Benefits, Senior Coordinator should have:
Bachelors degree (required)
Experience with payroll processing systems (Paychex highly preferred) and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work onsite from Midtown, Manhattan four days a week
What's On Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
