Overview
A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accounting Specialist to support payroll operations and employee expense processing. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursements while partnering across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies*
- Ensure accurate and timely reimbursements*
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information*
- Maintain accurate records and documentation*
- Support payroll-related tasks as assigned*
- Assist employees with expense-related questions*
- Prioritize high-volume workflows and meet deadlines*
- Support audits, reporting, and additional accounting functions
Qualifications
- 13 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience*
- Advanced Excel skills; strong Microsoft Office proficiency*
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus*
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills*
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment*
- Quick learner with new systems and tools
