Job Description

Payroll & Benefits SpecialistJoin a team in a period of growth and transformation where your expertise in payroll and benefits will help support employees and strengthen internal processes. Trak group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage weekly payroll and benefits administration in a detail-driven, people-focused environment.Responsibilities:

Process weekly payroll for a large employee population, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Administer benefits programs including enrollment, audits, and employee support
Maintain and audit HRIS and payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Generate reports, resolve discrepancies, and support employee inquiries

Qualifications:

Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
Benefits administration experience (enrollment, audits, employee support)
1–3 years of payroll, accounting, or HR support experience
Experience using an HRIS or payroll system (Paycor or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
Excellent communication skills and ability to support employees effectively
High school diploma or GED required;associate’s degree preferred
