Job Description
1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for an in office Human Resource Assistant located in our R.H. Scott branch office, just outside of the main gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, MT. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members and we know that all starts with our employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: supporting the job activities of the Human Resource Director, personnel databases, timesheet and payroll entries, general accounting, general ledger reconcilements, clerical, assisting with wellness for the credit union and various projects which includes detailed research, problem-solving, taking and transcribing minutes, various filing, file maintenance/coping and additional duties as assigned by the H.R. Requirements:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- Prefer 1 year of clerical, payroll and accounting experience.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- This position requires flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of standard office equipment, calculators and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven team player.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
