This role is crucial to our organization as you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for our diverse client portfolio. You will ensure that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely, coordinate with HR and Finance departments, and advise on payroll best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll management, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced tech environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients including data collection, calculations, and processing of payments.
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain, update, and reconcile payroll records.
• Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
• Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system.
• Manage compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
• Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
• Advise clients on payroll best practices and propose customized solutions as needed.
• Keep abreast with new trends and advancements in the tech services industry to drive continuous improvement in the payroll process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll position, preferably within the tech services industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll system Shikulit and fluency in Hebrew is a must.
• Proven experience with automated payroll systems and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
