Job Description
• Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead payroll operations in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Director who can lead payroll operations across a diverse employee base: salaried, union, and non-union hourly while driving efficient, compliant processes that align with the overall business objectives.?? Key Responsibilities• Payroll Management• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple employee groups: weekly for union employees, bi-weekly for non-union and salaried staff.• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with union contracts, wage scales, labor laws, and benefit provisions.• Manage tax filings, deductions, benefits administration, and all reporting requirements.• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies while proactively improving processes.• Maintain detailed payroll records and deliver clear, accurate reporting to leadership.• Oversee timekeeping and attendance systems to ensure seamless, compliant tracking.• Experience with UKG would be ideal.
Lead or support payroll system implementations (preferred).
Annual ResponsibilitiesACA Reporting: Verify and distribute 1095-C forms.Year-End Processing: Manage W-2s, update holiday calendars, and set up the following year’s payroll schedule.
This position is 30 hours per week on-site in Newtown Square, PA.
