Let's thrive together and create a lasting difference!WHO WE AREAs a Payroll Garnishment Specialist, you will oversee garnishment administration activities that directly impact payroll accuracy and compliance. You will review incoming legal documents, including wage garnishments, tax levies, court orders, and child support notices, ensuring they are accurately interpreted and entered into payroll systems. You will calculate withholding amounts according to applicable laws and jurisdictional requirements, prepare official responses and correspondence, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also conduct routine audits of deduction rules and configurations, helping ensure clients receive accurate and compliant processing every cycle.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEHands-on experience processing wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and bankruptcy notices, preferably within a payroll service provider environmentA strong knowledge of federal (CCPA), state, and local garnishment and wage withholding laws is preferredREADY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP?Exceptional talent deserves exceptional opportunities.
