Payroll Implementation Consultant

In this role, you will help deliver exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their success with our innovative payroll and HR solutions.

What You Will Do:
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, servicing as a subject matter expert.
- Assist clients in developing their skills to effectively utilize our platform.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the implementation process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- provide comprehensive training on systems functionality and address client needs and requests.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform's capabilities to effectively engage clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
- Utilize our technology to support payroll, time & attendance, HR, and other client needs.
What You Bring to Table:
- Minimum of 3 years of expierence in payroll processing or implementation.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and positive attitude.
- Ability to influence and effectively challenge thinking to foster improvements.
- Innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence.
