Strong expertise in multi-state payroll, payroll taxation, and regulatory compliance

Experience in HCM, PEO, or high-growth SaaS environments is highly preferred. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred. Throughout your day, you'll collaborate with team members to solve challenges, establish performance expectations, support professional growth, and ensure payroll operations continue to exceed expectations. You'll oversee compliance with federal and state payroll regulations, including FLSA, multi-state requirements, and payroll tax obligations, while continuously evaluating opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and system improvements.
