Job Description
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Payroll Manager for their San Bruno, CA location.Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Lead the end-to-end processing of complex, multi-country payrolls using ADP Global View and Celergo.
- System Administration: Manage data flows between internal HRIS systems and ADP platforms, ensuring data integrity and resolving interface errors.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all payroll activities comply with local tax laws, labor regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports for finance, HR, and tax authorities, providing insights into labor costs and variances.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for complex payroll inquiries from employees and external vendors, ensuring high levels of service and accuracy.
- Year-End Activities: Manage year-end payroll processes, including tax filings, adjustments, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a payroll-focused role within a global or multi-entity organization.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with both ADP Global View and ADP Celergo are required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of international payroll tax, social security, and statutory compliance.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and vendors.
