Overview:

Payroll Manager duties are to manage and oversee the Payroll System (Workday) and staff to support our HR strategies. The Payroll Manager role is a full-time, 40 hours a week position located in office at 431 S 18th St., Columbus M-F.

  • Maintains knowledge of payroll laws and regulations related to taxes on all levels, tax treaties, W2 processing, FLSA and DOL regulations, and best/leading  practices for payroll systems and technology. 
  • Manages the Payroll team of analysts including 2 Seniors and 5 Analysts. 
  • Collaborates with Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Legal Services teams on all payroll related items. 
  • 5 or more years of payroll experience, in a Healthcare setting, preferred. 
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM and Payroll modules preferred
