Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and optimize payroll operations for a workforce of 2,000+ employees. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about improving systems, automation, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex payroll processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for 2,000+ employees
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple departments
Streamline payroll systems and improve operational workflows
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Maintain compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and reporting requirements
Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams to resolve payroll-related matters
Monitor payroll data integrity, reporting, and system performance

Qualifications:

Experience managing high-volume payroll operations required
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with payroll software, reporting systems, and process automation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Leadership or management experience preferred
