Job Description
Paragon Management SNF, LLC has an opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing payroll
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor laws.
- Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., Paycor, Smartlinx or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical skills for auditing payroll data and resolving discrepancies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred:
- Experience with benefits administration, garnishments, and union payroll.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
Pay: $100,000 - $115,000.00 per year
