Payroll Manager

STS Technical Services is hiring a Payroll Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to oversee payroll operations and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, benefits reconciliation, and compliance with all payroll regulations. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in payroll management, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process weekly and biweekly payroll for all employees.
• Manage and respond to PTO requests, wage adjustments, and other payroll-related inquiries.
• Set up new employees in timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Monitor, adjust, and reconcile employee benefits in payroll systems.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports related to payroll operations.
• Train and support the Payroll Assistant in daily tasks.

Requirements for Success

• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure timely processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with WorkEasy is a plus.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
