Payroll Processor BMW of Ridgefield – Ridgefield, CT
Salary Range: $45,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)Schedule: Monday–Friday
BMW of Ridgefield is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Processor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has strong Excel and data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Previous payroll or dealership experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multitask
