Job Details

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employeesEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductionsManage multi-state payroll compliance, including tax withholdingsHandle certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting (if applicable)Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in systemsCollaborate with HR and accounting teams on employee changes and reportingRespond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications2+ years of payroll experience, ideally within construction or a similar industryExperience with multi-state payroll processingFamiliarity with certified payroll and/or prevailing wage is a plusProficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similarStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
