Job Details

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across multiple departmentsEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductionsMaintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsAssist with payroll tax filings and reportingHandle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and reporting needsSupport audits and maintain proper documentation

Qualifications2+ years of payroll experienceExperience with multi-state payroll processing preferredProficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similarStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage sensitive and confidential informationStrong organizational and time management skillsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
