Payroll Specialist

4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Payroll Specialists. These are 3-month contract opportunities with potential for extension. This is a great fit for someone who wants hands-on experience with full-cycle invoice and payment processing in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Code, review, and process supplier and vendor invoices, ensuring proper purchase orders and approvals are in place
• Match invoices against purchase orders, audit receipts, and reconcile supplier statements monthly to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process electronic funds transfers and payment runs according to schedule and approval guidelines
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve billing issues
• Process employee expense claims and corporate credit card statements
• Maintain accurate supplier records and ensure compliance with company policies

Payroll Specialist Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of invoice or payment processing experience; Oracle Fusion experience preferred
• Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle, or travel/expense platforms like BirchStreet
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles, general ledgers, and matching processes
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to catch numerical or data discrepancies
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including comfort handling vendor conversations
• Organized self-starter who can manage high-volume processing independently

Payroll Specialist Details:

• Location: Orlando, FL (onsite 3 days per week)
• Schedule: Hybrid, in-office 3 days weekly, in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Duration: 3-month contract, with potential for extension
• Pay Rate: Up to $28.50/hour
• Additional requirements: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; standard drug screen and background check required
