About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing team and support more than 50 skilled nursing and assisted living locations. In this role, you will play a key part in making sure our employees are paid accurately and on time, every time.

What You'll Do
Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for skilled nursing and assisted living locations
Review and verify employee time and attendance records
Validate bonus payments, benefit deductions, and other earnings
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure policy compliance
Respond to payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
Perform payroll audits for accuracy and completeness
Participate in special projects and process improvements

Requirements
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of payroll-related experience
CPP or FPC certification preferred (not required)
Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A positive, proactive mindset and desire to grow
Salary Description
$24.00- $26.00 DOE
