Payroll Specialist

• Assist clients with new employee onboarding processes*
• Process payroll for several businesses*
• Create, update, and maintain employee profiles in payroll software*
• Interact with clients to maintain updated payroll information (taxes, garnishments, employee deductions, etc.)*
• Reconcile payrolls*
• Research and resolve any payroll issues*
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure payroll efficiency and accuracy

Type:  Direct hireTo be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Associate degree in accounting or other business-related field*
• 2+ years of multi-state, multi-company payroll processing*
• Experience with UKG preferred*
• Strong background in customer service*
• Ability to work in a team and independent environment*
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
