Job Description
Hamilton Connections is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist for a large warehousing company located in Westfield, MA.
Position will average 20 to 25 hours/week. The pay is $25 to $27 depending on experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll weekly
- Maintain and update employee records
- Ensure accurate calculations of wages and deductions
- Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- Respond to employee inquiries
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll software
- Experience with Checkwriters is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
