Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll using Paychex Flex, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complianceMaintain employee records, payroll data, and personnel documentationAssist with onboarding and offboarding processesRespond to employee questions related to payroll, timekeeping, and basic HR mattersTrack and verify timecards, pay codes, and employee informationSupport reporting and audits as neededCoordinate with management on payroll-related updates and changesProvide general HR administrative support during coverage period

Qualifications

4+ years of payroll processing experienceHands-on Paychex Flex experience (strongly preferred / required)Understanding of payroll compliance and basic employment practicesStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to meet deadlines and manage sensitive/confidential informationProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
