Job Description
Role: Payroll Specialist Location: Lakeland, FL 33813 - Remote Duration: 12 Months contract Pay Rate: $24/hr - $26/hr. W2 Shift hour: 1st shiftNOTES
- Must to local to go into Lakeland office for F2F trainings and meetings.
- Primary responsibilities are: Supporting Overpayments for active and termed employees.
- Additional responsibilities: Auditing W2c's, Responding to overpayment and payroll inquiries from employee's, internal business units, and 3rd party vendors.
- Maintain support for audits & Sox compliance as necessary. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned to include in office trainings and meetings.
- Work schedule will begin as four 10-hours days M-T but alternative work schedule options may be available after initial training period.
- SAP-ECP overpayment knowledge
- W2c experience to include auditing
- Strong communication skills
