This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with multi-rate payroll, and the ability to manage payroll data accurately in a compliance-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll for hourly employees in a high-volume environmentReview and validate timecards, job codes, and pay classifications for accuracyEnsure payroll compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws, including overtime and meal periodsMaintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, and deductionsProcess garnishments, benefits deductions, and off-cycle payments as neededRespond to employee inquiries related to payroll, pay discrepancies, and deductionsGenerate payroll reports and support audits as neededPartner with HR and operations teams to ensure accurate coding of hours and job assignmentsUtilize Paycom for payroll processing, reporting, and employee data management
