Job Description

PAYROLL SPECIALISTA dynamic opportunity tomanage payroll in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment in a casual office settingWHY YOULL LOVE THIS ROLE

LOCATION: Woodland, WASALARY: $26-30 per hourSCHEDULE:Part-Time, Mon-Wed, 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Potential to transition to full time hours, Temp to HireKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries.
Enter payroll data into the system accurately and efficiently
Ensure confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar administrative/payroll role.
Proven experience in processing payroll and managing confidential employee information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
Experience with payroll systems

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The position performs general office duties and works in a temperature-controlled environment.
