Job SummaryConduct comprehensive audits within the hospital, covering billing, accounts, and non-financial areas to ensure compliance with policies. Responsible for data accuracy and collaborating with teams to ensure policy adherence. Job Responsibilities
- Manage KRONOS timecards in collaboration with department timekeepers.
- Accurately process biweekly payrolls in line with hospital policies and regulations.
- Reconcile and audit post-payroll reports, handle voluntary deductions, tax forms, and coordinate with HR on payroll system maintenance.
- Manage documentation for direct deposits, garnishments, and other financial obligations.
- Provide employee support for payroll-related inquiries.
- Understand payroll systems and processes;experience with systems like Infor/Lawson and KRONOS is beneficial.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with UKG.
- Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements.
