Payroll Specialist Manhattan, NY $41–$43/hour Monday–Friday | 9: 00 AM–5: 00 PM Hybrid Schedule –4 Days In OfficeWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Etime. Call Mindy 516-748-6871 Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, biweekly, and/or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Review and audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll changes
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll administration and reporting
- Manage time and attendance records through Etime
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience using Etime or similar timekeeping systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
