Who:An established and growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with hands-on Paylocity experience to support accurate and timely payroll operations.
What:The Payroll Specialist will manage full-cycle payroll processing, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and serve as a subject matter expert on Paylocity systems.

Position Overview:The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for executing payroll processes, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance while leveraging Paylocity to optimize workflows and reporting.
● Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll using Paylocity
- Audit payroll data for accuracy including hours, deductions, and taxes
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity
- Handle payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related initiatives
Qualifications:● 3+ years of payroll processing experience with strong Paylocity expertise● Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards● High attention to detail and strong analytical skills● Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting tools● Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
