As we continue to grow, we’re looking for finance professionals who are excited to support employees, ensure payroll accuracy, and help maintain strong financial controls across the organization.
About the Role As our Payroll Supervisor, you will lead multi-state payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with all regulations. You’ll manage the full payroll cycle, reconcile accounts, maintain internal controls, and collaborate closely with HR, accounting, and operations. You’ll also supervise and develop payroll staff while driving improvements to payroll processes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full payroll cycle for all employees
- Process payroll accurately, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments
- Ensure multi-state compliance and track regulatory requirements
- Reconcile payroll accounts and provide reporting for audits and management
- Address employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
- Supervise, mentor, and develop payroll staff
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and multi-state compliance
- Accurate, detail-oriented payroll processing skills
- Advanced Excel and payroll reporting proficiency
- Leadership and team development skills
- Familiarity with payroll systems; Paychex is a plus
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
- Experience reconciling payroll accounts and supporting month-end close
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Paychex strongly preferred
