Job Description

Immediate need for a talented PC Technician / IT Support. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Honolulu, HI(Hybrid). Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support for PC systems and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Maintain and repair IT equipment while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Travel to various client facilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to travel extensively to client locations.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
