Job Description

Location: Burlington, Vermont Position: Pediatric Urology Physician Locum Tenens Duration: Ongoing

Schedule & Coverage • Clinic & OR Schedule: • Monday: day (afternoon clinic)• Tuesday: OR full day (surgical cases)• Thursday: Clinic full day • On-Call: Yes call hours as assigned • Patient Load: Minimum 6 patients per half-day session

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities • Primary Duties: Pediatric Urology patient care, surgical procedures, and collaboration with the care team • Procedures Required: Surgical cases, full operative schedule on Tuesdays • Support Staff: 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and additional clinic staff • Supervision: Provider will work with APP and may have supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Pediatric Urology • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be active at start)• Will accept VT or IMLC license • Experience: Prior pediatric urology surgical experience preferred

Facility Details • Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma Center • EMR System: EPIC (same system for clinic and hospital)• Team Environment: Work alongside APP, with multidisciplinary collaboration
