Job Description

Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) – Pleasanton, CA

A growing pediatric outpatient clinic in Pleasanton is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a collaborative, energetic team. Experience with pediatrics is required. This position comes with a wonderful career trajectory and the option to grow into long-term leadership!

Highlights:

Close-knit multidisciplinary clinic team
Sensory gym + movement room
60-minute sessions with built-in daily documentation time
Admin team manages cancellations and makeups -- keep your focus on therapy!
Intentional caseload model: ~28–30 kids/week
Full-time (36-40 hrs/week)
4- or 5-day schedules available! Create a schedule that works for YOU.

Clinical Focus:

Typical pediatric outpatient population; variety of ages and types of intervention!
Specialized training in Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) provided!
Feeding experience a plus (but not required)

Compensation and Benefits:
