Compensation range: Flexible Hourly (Part-time) or Salary (Full-time)Full-time Salary: $55,000–$70,000

Pediatric Private Practice in Missoula, MT
- Flexible setting: clinic-based or a mix of clinic and school-based services
- Opportunities to participate in hippotherapy and aquatic therapy
- Multidisciplinary team with structured supervision and mentorship from OTs
- AI-supported EMR with talk-to-text functionality
Compensation and Benefits
Part-Time: Competitive hourly rates for direct therapy and administrative timeFull-Time (36+ hours/week): $55,000–70,000 annually
- Medical (Blue Cross PPO) with 25% employer contribution (full-time)
- SIMPLE IRA with employer match
- PTO accrual (2+ weeks annually for full-time; prorated for part-time)
- 6 paid holidays (prorated for part-time)
- $1,000 CEU budget (full-time); $300 (part-time), eligible for licensing dues
- Weekly productivity bonuses
- Cancellations converted to paid administrative time

Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (or eligibility)
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to supervision and feedback

- Minimum 30% of part-time schedule or 25% of full-time schedule
- Interest in developing specialty skills (training provided)
- New graduates encouraged to apply
