Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Compensation range: Flexible Hourly (Part-time) or Salary (Full-time)Full-time Salary: $55,000–$70,000

Pediatric Private Practice in Missoula, MT

Flexible setting: clinic-based or a mix of clinic and school-based services
Opportunities to participate in hippotherapy and aquatic therapy
Multidisciplinary team with structured supervision and mentorship from OTs
AI-supported EMR with talk-to-text functionality

Compensation and Benefits

Part-Time: Competitive hourly rates for direct therapy and administrative timeFull-Time (36+ hours/week): $55,000–70,000 annually

Medical (Blue Cross PPO) with 25% employer contribution (full-time)
