PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a pediatric outpatient clinic in Winchester, Virginia. Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, Winchester-Frederick County is home to the City of Winchester and the Towns of Stephens City and Middletown. Tell Me More: * Serve a caseload of children and their families with a wide range of disabilities and disorders.* Desired knowledge/experience working with the following diagnoses: autism, down syndrome, ADHD, sensory processing disorder* Assess new patients with Beery VMI, PDMS, BOT-2, SPM, Sensory Profile* Prefer employee has familiarity with the Zones of Regulation/experience with emotional regulation interventions, feeding experience, sensory integration/behavior* Join a multidisciplinary team with a strong family atmosphere Benefits:* Mentoring and training, as needed* Competitive Salary and Benefits package* Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Short-Team Disability Insurance, Fidelity IRA/ Retirement Plan* Biannual CPR maintenance* Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, and 7 Paid Holidays* Annual stipend for licensure, professional liability insure, and Continuing Education.Qualifications: Associates in Occupational Therapy.
