Position Overview
As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a key role in helping children develop healthy dental habits from an early age. You will provide comprehensive care in a kid-friendly environment designed to keep patients comfortable and engaged.

Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary along with a performance-based compensation model. Total annual compensation is driven by clinical production and quality incentives, with top-tier providers earning $450,000+ annually.
This structure provides strong earning potential while supporting your professional growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions in children
Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
Deliver restorative treatments such as fillings, crowns, and extractions
Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and dental care practices
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Stay current with the latest dental techniques and best practices
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
Board certification or eligibility in pediatric dentistry
Active Utah dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to working with children and families
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
