An established, multi-state dental organization is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its thriving pediatric practice in Paragould, Arkansas. Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Pediatric Dentistry residency preferred, though General Dentists experienced and passionate about pediatric dentistry are encouraged to apply
- Arkansas dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Candidates requiring relocation are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an uncapped earning potential with a competitive percentage-of-collections compensation model. Most providers exceed their guaranteed earnings during the initial ramp-up period.
Compensation includes:
- Daily guarantee of approximately $1,000-$1,600 per day during the initial guarantee period (or percentage of collections, whichever is greater)
