This is a full-time permanent position for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City.They provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.Why Join? • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Provide skilled intervention to support fine/visual motor skills, sensory processing challenges, ADL participation, delayed or restrictive feeding patterns, and overall functional independence.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation.
• Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy students.

What Your Caseload May Look LikeYou ll see mostly toddlers and school-age children, with some infants and adolescents. Patients may rangefrom 2 weeks to 20 years old. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, sensory processingchallenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other genetic orneurological conditions.What They are Looking For

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
• Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
• New grads and upcoming board exam candidate' s welcome
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Mission-driven approach to care
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
