Location: Elmwood Park, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

This case begins 09/16 and offers steady hours, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to provide truly life‑changing 1:1 care.

  • Pediatric patient with tracheostomy and g‑tube

⭐ What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on airway management, g‑tube care, safety, and comfort

  • Monitor, assess, and support the child’s daily needs in the home

  • Collaborate closely with family and our pediatric clinical leadership

⭐ Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr

⭐ Requirements

  • Active New Jersey RN License

  • Preferred pediatric trach and g‑tube experience

  • Current BLS Certification

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within 12 months

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

  • Flu vaccine or approved exemption
