Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pediatrician (no new graduates) to deliver patient-centered, high-quality pediatric care in both outpatient clinic and affiliated hospital settings. This role emphasizes preventive care, health education, and comprehensive management of acute and chronic conditions for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.

Pay Scale: $230,000 to $300,000 per year given experience
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, and manage the health of pediatric patients, providing primary, acute, and chronic care, including emergency care.
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive physical exams and developmental assessments.
- Education: Provide patient and family education on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Hospital Duties: Participate in hospital call coverage, inpatient care, and coordination with the health center schedule.
- Collaboration: Work with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care; participate in quality assurance, peer review, and care team meetings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Schedule & WorkloadWe offer flexibility to support work-life balance:
- Option 1: 4 days per week (10-hour shifts) with approximately 25–28 patients per day.
- Option 2: 5 days per week (8-hour shifts) with approximately 21–24 patients per day.
- Clinic Hours: Flexible scheduling within clinic operating hours (7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.).
- Responsibilities: Includes clinic visits, hospital-based duties, and participation in hospital call coverage.
Requirements
Requirements to Apply
- Experience: No new graduates will be considered.
- License: Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Washington.
- Training: Completion of an accredited post-doctoral residency program in Pediatrics.
- Certification: CPR certification is required.
- Board Certification in Pediatrics is preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
