COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PEDS)

$246,000 to $310,000 based on experience
$15,000 Sign-on-Bonus
$10,000 Moving allowance
Federal Loan Repayment Program Available and HPSA site
Full Comprehensive Benefits Paid; 403b with 6% match, FTCA malpractice (best), 4.6 weeks PTO + 12 paid holiday's; PTO grows over time to 7 weeks

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatrics (PEDS)

Primary outpatient practice
Do NOT Attend Deliveries
No after hour or weekend calls; otherwise 1:10
Integrated Delivery Model with behavioral health providers in clinic
Residents at hospital 24/7 and they cover hospital patients
Beautiful new clinic with Lab and Procedure Room
Amazing and Supportive Administrative Team "Fun Place to Work"

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrics (PEDS)

Primary Outpatient Pediatrics seeing 18 patients daily on average
Basic outpatient procedures helpful
Spanish speaking Ideal, but not required
Recent US Board Eligible or Board Certified
Quality focused, Patient focused and strong collegiality

COMMUNITY Pediatrics (PEDS)
