Pension Administration Manager

• As a Pension Administration Manager, you’ll apply your deep client and industry knowledge to implement and oversee innovative solutions to meet service needs. We will count on you to:

• Oversee team members who are responsible for the administration of Defined Benefits plans and provide performance feedback to your team and offer guidance on development plans.

• Monitor all service level requirements and implement plans for improvement where needed.

• Lead client service reviews to discuss performance and upcoming projects.

• Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.

• Conduct regular reviews of client financial performance, including monitoring of profitability.

• Identify and implement out-of-scope revenue opportunities.

• Align or optimize team resources to support client deliverables.

• Serve as point of contact for escalations

What you need to have:

• 5-7 years defined benefit related work experience

• BA/BS degree preferred

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Client management experience

• People management experience

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,000 to $148,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
