Job Description

About The Role:

The People & Talent Operations Coordinator is the operational engine for the People & Talent team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional experience across the entire employee lifecycle, from candidate to employee. You will manage complex logistics, ensure data integrity within our HR and recruiting systems (ATS/HRIS), and serve as a critical point of contact for both candidates and employees. Success in this role means eliminating operational friction for hiring managers and employees alike. This role is based in the Financial District of New York City and requires the discipline of a financial institution and the speed of a fintech startup to manage a high-volume workflow and drive efficient, compliant operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruitment & Candidate Experience:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, navigating complex calendars and global time zones with speed and accuracy.

  • Prepare technical and business teams for interviews by distributing briefing materials, ensuring feedback rubrics are utilized, and managing the post-interview feedback loop.

  • Partner with the Talent team to track weekly goals, analyze pipeline metrics, and provide visibility into hiring velocity.

  • Serve as the point of contact for external search firms and vendor coordination.

  • People Operations & Employee Lifecycle:

  • Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment information changes, and required documentation.

  • Oversee the full life cycle of immigration, benefits, wellness, and 401(k) administration.

  • Systems, Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain full ownership of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS, e.g., Greenhouse), ensuring 100% data integrity in HR & Payroll systems, managing job postings, and troubleshooting workflow blockers.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to support departmental needs, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

  • Manage compliance tracking efforts and assist with audit preparation to ensure organizational compliance.

  • Process & Culture:

  • Support People & Culture initiatives by contributing to projects that improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and streamline workflows, including our Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing.

  • Serve as the point of contact for all employment verification requests.

  • Identify and implement technical or workflow improvements to reduce "time-to-schedule" and improve the candidate conversion rate and overall employee experience.

  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, Talent Acquisition coordination, or administrative operations within a fast-paced fintech, technology, or financial services firm.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse or Lever) and experience with various People Ops Tools (e.g., ChartHop, Paycor, ADP or other Workforce Mgmt Systems). Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • A track record of managing high-volume, competing priorities with zero drop-off in accuracy or quality.
  • The ability to prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on what's critical versus important to drive work to completion.
  • Exceptional detail-orientation, self-direction, and curiosity.
  • Solid written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop internal and external relationships.
  • Understanding of the employee life cycle and Global employment law basics. Familiarity with FMLA/State Leaves and Disabilities is a plus.
  • You look for ways to automate manual tasks and prefer scalable workflows over one-off fixes.
  • A bias toward transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in everything you do.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and implicitly believe that we > I.
  • Impeccable high integrity, sound judgment, and a deep respect for risk, control, and operational excellence.
  • Sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and employee data, compensation details, and internal hiring decisions.

Role is based in the financial district of New York City. While in the office, you will be provided a lunch stipend, work directly with decision makers, and be part of a game changing mission.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
