The People & Culture Specialist supports the Employee Relations team and broader People & Culture team through project coordination and administrative support. This role helps ensure efficient People and Culture operations by supporting leave-of-absence administration, compliance tracking, reporting, and employee documentation processes. The Specialist will provide responsive customer service to employees and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO (generally 1-2 days per week in-office). The ideal candidate will have leave of absence administration experience.
Pay: $30.79-32.69/hour, ($64,000-68,000/year) dependent on experience.

Duties
Provide administrative and project support to People and Culture Business Partners, provides support as necessary to the broader People and Culture team.
Assist with leave of absence administration: tracking requests, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication related to leave and ADA processes.
Support People and Culture compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
Maintain and track Employee Relations reports, spreadsheets, and documentation related to employee data, compliance, and operational metrics.
Prepare and maintain employee legal and compliance forms and assist with legal requests.
Assist with training coordination; including scheduling, tracking completion, and maintaining training records.
Support updates and administrative maintenance of the employee handbook and related policy documentation.
Assist the People and Culture team with employee inquiries.
Monitor and respond to Employee Relations customer service voicemails and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution or escalation when appropriate.
Maintain organized People and Culture files and records in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional administrative and project-based duties as assigned to support People and Culture initiatives, including SharePoint website administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of experience in administrative duties in Human Resources.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and appropriately in employee communications, HR documentation, and policy materials.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG and/or SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Leave of absence, ADA compliance
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
