  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR stakeholders on self-service dashboards and reporting tools.

Insights & Analytics

  • Support end-to-end analytics projects by preparing data, identifying trends, and summarizing key findings.
  • Contribute to workforce analyses such as turnover trends, headcount movement, hiring funnel metrics, and engagement insights.
  • Learn to translate analytics into clear, actionable insights and “so what” narratives in partnership with the People Insights Lead.
  • Build proficiency in analytical methods (e.g., descriptive statistics, basic modeling) with coaching and development support.

AI & Automation

  • Explore opportunities to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to streamline reporting, automate processes, and enhance data visualization.
  • Support testing, piloting, and adoption of new tools and methods that improve efficiency and insight quality. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with integrating data from multiple HR systems into reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience building reports in Workday (including calculated fields, advanced reports, and matrix reports)
  • Proficiency with Excel and hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI preferred)

Preferred

  • Experience with advanced Workday reporting (composite reports, dashboards, discovery boards)
