About the role: We are searching for People Relations Partner.
This role is responsible for building, fostering and advancing scalable workforce practices & policies that support Maersk Core Values and North American landside business strategies.
In this role, you will:
- Support policy governance & people process standardization.
- Drive general HR compliance mechanisms that support a positive employee experience.
- Interpret data to identify trends and work with cross functional teams to mitigate risk.
- Build training content and drive leadership capability development across teams in North America.
- Drive proactive risk mitigation strategies through the continuous improvement of our policies and processes.
- Own and participate in regional/global projects designed to improve the employee experience.
What you bring:
- Advanced or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in Employee Relations and/or General Human Resources.
- Collaborative style of working. This role requires significant cross-functional partnership that brings senior leaders together to solve complex problems (e.g., HR, Legal, Operations, Finance, etc.).
- Organizational curiosity that promotes creditability and trust with the people function.
- A disciplined project manager mindset to balance multiple priorities and executional deliverables.
- Ability to analyse data and design proactive mitigation strategies that are scalable and actionable.
- Expertise in labor and employee relations.

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000*
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors, such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
