Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centred care in accordance with the individualised care plan.
- Accurately measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and any observed changes in condition.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with nursing and clinical staff to support resident wellbeing.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered CNA certification in ME - required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
