RN or LPNAre you a compassionate and dedicated nurse seeking a rewarding career? The Converse Home, a warm and welcoming assisted living community in Burlington, VT, is seeking a per diem nurse to cover open shifts across both our memory care and traditional communities.

The Converse Home is a nonprofit assisted living community dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm, home-like environment. We are committed to resident well-being and pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, team-oriented workplace where employees are valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and support residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Current RN/LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented, patient-centered, and compassionate approach to care.
