Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and carry out physician orders in compliance with state nursing practice standards.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with facility policies.
- Assess, monitor, and document resident status; promptly report changes in condition.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Maintain professional, compassionate communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN licence in ME - required.
- Minimum 1 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation; own accommodation required for travel positions.
