REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - GERIATRIC PSYCHIATRY | PER DIEM JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem opportunity in a Geriatric Psychiatry setting. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.

- Location: Leominster, Massachusetts
- Shift Time: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12-Hour Day Shift
- Pay Rate: 46.81-54.61
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Previous Behavioral Health, Psychiatric, Geriatric Psychiatry, or Acute Care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and healthcare professionals
- Provide patient and family education
- Support patient safety and therapeutic interventions
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Per diem opportunity
